Liz and Sinclair Nitz are excited to announce the launch of Range Properties Montana in Bozeman.

 

Range Properties provides reliable, strategic, long-term investment and management services that help our clients make the most of their portfolios and reach their goals.

 

Range Properties was formed to answer the need that we saw in the real estate marketplace after 16+ years working in real estate sales and property management. With Range Properties, our clients receive the highest level of competence and insight in real estate sales with an eye to investment and ongoing property management within the same service relationship.

 

Why did we need to go out on our own?

Range Properties does not neatly fit into the traditional real estate brokerage model or the property management model. Since we seek to form a long-term relationship with our clients to maximize both their cash flow and appreciation value, we offer both rental operations and purchase and sales transactions, advising on optimal timing to maximize our clients’ capital.

 

Why did we form this business model?

With over 16 years in real estate sales representing buyers, sellers and investors, we have learned a lot about what is important for our clients. One of the most important aspects is a trusting and easy relationship. For a while, we referred out rental business to other companies. But invariably, our clients would come back and request us to manage their property, knowing that we managed our own family portfolio of rentals. In early 2022, we committed Range Properties to property management as well as sales. From there, and as we have gained the trust of more clients, our model evolved to what it is today.

 

How much property management expertise does Range Properties have?

We have 8+ years of experience managing properties. To continue to deliver the service our clients expect, we have invested in software, systems, tools and our people so that both the guest and the owner get the most informed, high quality experience possible. These infrastructure investments allow us to compete with other top rental properties and enable us to grow seamlessly. Our properties have a composite rating of 4.97 out of 5, based on nearly 400 reviews. That overall rating includes guest feedback on cleanliness, communication, value, listing accuracy, and the check in process.

We appreciate the wisdom of a well balanced portfolio that can ride out the fluctuations of the world economy. We also understand the desire to have an asset that can fulfill more than one goal.
