One of Range Properties’ special skills is taking a newly purchased investment property and quickly getting it to the rental market.
We recently had the pleasure of working with a gentleman from Michigan who fell in love with Bozeman as he was traveling the country in his RV. He decided to purchase a condo for his return visits and future use, with the goal of renting it out in the meantime. Based on his preferences and interest in using the condo when he wanted, he opted for a short term rental (STR) scenario. When he purchased the condo, we could not guarantee that we would get it approved for licensing before the Bozeman STR ban went into effect, but we assured him that we would try. Â
Because of our experience and relationships with various people involved in the STR approval process, we were able to get our inspections and the STR application approved within 35 days. While we were running that application through the process, we were able to fully furnish and outfit the condo, get photos taken, prepare marketing materials and quickly and professionally get the condo posted onto the rental platforms. We had our first renter in the condo just 40 days after the closing date.
