A young couple was referred to Range as they started looking to purchase their first home together. They were very open to not only learning about the process of purchasing a home, but also how to maximize their future return from this home. They agreed and realized that their first home was not going to be their forever home and that, even in a period of relatively higher interest rates, moving into real estate in Montana was a good move.

We ended up finding them a townhouse-style condo. This condo had all the elements that Range advises to look for in a first purchase.

We all were confident in this strong choice to begin their family wealth-building journey, and they are already enjoying their new home.

We recently went through the very stressful process of relocating from out of state to Montana. Nearly nothing went smoothly, except for the wonderful experience we had with Liz Nitz as our buying agent. From the very beginning, she dealt with the tough issue of a husband and wife that wanted two different things. I never felt she took sides, and she worked hard to accomplish a success for both of us. She answered calls and made herself available immediately almost 100% of the time, and worked in the middle of the night when there were problems, none of which were caused by her. Liz was a referral from another agent, who worked for a different company then her. That just speaks to her incredible reputation. We had local family tag along with us and during the inspection and Liz was tolerant of all the constant interruptions, course changes, and kids running around. Her communications were better than I’ve seen in any industry. She worked harder than anyone else in the home selling/buying/relocation/loan process. She not only worked to meet our needs, but jumped in to assist the sellers when they had concerns. Liz even provided a great recommendation list of services someone new to an area would need. Since our move in day, Liz has followed up, proactively looked at another potential purchase of land, and still remains in communications with us. I struggle to find someone in any industry that I would recommend any higher than Liz. In fact, in business and government, there is nobody that I would recommend more highly.
