Montana Ranch Comprises approximately 2,500 acres of some of the most beautiful scenery in Gallatin County. The Ranch was developed into 29 parcels for single-family residences, generally ranging in size from 20-160 acres each. The large lot sizes afford each owner privacy and truly unique views, while still enabling them to be part of a Ranch community.
From the rolling hills on the Ranch, big views abound of Bozeman and the Bridger range to the East, the Hyalites and Spanish Peaks to the South, Ruby Mountain and the Tobacco Roots to the West and the Little & Big Belts to the North. Â Wildlife frequent the Ranch in all seasons – elk bed in the Ranch draws while deer hide in the tall grass. Â Bison roam on the neighboring Flying D Ranch and are often visible from the southern and western Ranch lots.
